Coaching is not:

THERAPY

Coaching is an active relationship; I will be asking questions, being curious and intrusive when necessary.  We won’t dwell in the past and we won’t uncover, analyse or try to heal issues of your past, this is not the realm of Coaching. We will spend most of our time understanding and learning to enjoy the present and designing your future.

PSYCHIATRY

I am not a doctor; I don’t consult on depression, mental illness or prescribe drugs.

A CONVERSATION WITH A FRIEND

I will be supporting you on your journey, just like a good friend would do, but as I am fully committed to your process and for you to achieve the life that you want; I will also be hard and very direct in order to challenge your preconceptions and to help you to move where you want to be. We will design clear boundaries that will allow us to reach your goals with efficiency and respect towards each other.
