Moving On

A picture of Angmering this morning as I went for a walk around the village, the sun was peeping through the clouds, parents were wrapped up and taking their sons and daughters to Worthing RFC to watch them play rugby, dogs were taking their owners for a walk, birds were singing and almost everyone I met smiled and said a cheery “Good Morning”. It made me feel good, alive, at peace with the world and that was a great feeling. When I reflect on a personally challenging start to 2020 I think life is about being able to move on, accepting challenges and changes and looking forward to what makes us stronger and more complete as a person.
